·  Collect biometric information (fingerprints, palm-prints, iris, and photographs) on all non-U.S. and Coalition Forces requesting base access throughout Iraq.

·  Submit and maintain production reports, equipment inventories, training records, and other documents as needed.

·  Moderate administrator level of experience in troubleshooting both BISA and BAT (biometric equipment: iris scanners, fingerprint scanners, etc.) enrollment stations.

 

·  Moderate level of experience troubleshooting and configuring biometric equipment (HIIDE, PIER, BID and CP80/CP80+ card printers). 

·  Ensured all work stations had latest antivirus and updates.

·  Applied security configurations to Cisco switches

Project Manager:  Afghanistan

·   Managed all contract interpreters in support of US forces in the Afghanistan through two interpreter contracts budgeted at more than $230 million annually to properly staff sections from the team level to the 3-star command level with linguist support.

·   Created the country-wide standard operating procedures for all interpreter support.
